Right of withdrawal
The client who acts as a consumer and user has the right to exchange or return the order within a period of less than 15 calendar days from its delivery.
To make a return, the customer must fill out the following contract and send it by post or email to:

Under no circumstances will returns be accepted that do not comply with the procedure and channels established by the company.
The user will not have the right to withdraw from special or personalized orders, nor those that have registrations requested at the time of purchase.
Shipping and return costs will not be refunded.
Returns will not be accepted for products that have been tampered with, show signs of use or from which security seals have been removed.
It is essential that the products to be returned retain the original packaging (box, documentation, accessories…).
Once Swiss Jewelry notifies that the returned products meet the required authenticity and condition requirements, the payment will be refunded using the same method in which the purchase was made and in a period of less than 15 business days.
In the case of defective items due to a manufacturing problem, Swiss Jewelry will replace the item with a new one with identical characteristics.
